WalletPasses is a great application for storing electronic parking and tickets on your phone. I really like the fact that the application will automically brighten your screen to improve scanning of the QR Code. Other applications require this be done manually taking extra time when your are in line. The process of acquiring the pass from an email was very intuitive and easy. I should add that tapping on the QR code quickly enlarges the image for improved scanning. Very thoughtful!
A Really good app for frequent travellers or concert or theatre attendees. To start off with the good looking and modern interface. You won't be facing any complications or adverts what so ever. You can even create digital passes when they usually don't exist and they work! I use the app to save my Concert Tickets, Boarding Passes for Bus, Plane or Train or for Loyalty Programmes like a British Airways membership. Verdict: The best Android version of the iOS Wallet/Passbook app.
Simple & Effective. Works like a charm. Wish their help was better. Catch is you should try to use a browser like Firefox with the user agent plugin to pretend you are on an iPhone. All the websites will then give you the add to apple wallet button. Use the button to Download passes, ensure downloaded file has a .pkpass extension and open it with this app. i use it for airline tickets, movie tickets, football tickets etc. works great.
Never had a problem with this app once you have the pass added. Works perfectly for flights (Europe and America), train tickets and others. Top notch and using little resources. It's not this app's fault that Android or your ticket provider doesn't process pkpass properly. (Usually "Add to wallet" won't work because that's iOS only)
I adore this app. I'm about to board my return trip from Brisbane to Melbourn where I'll be picking up my son and returning. All 3 boarding passes are saved, accessible, and can be scanned from the app. It's brilliant, and proof of true progress. Such a time saver also.
I have had an excellent experience with the wallet passes. It makes things easier as I dont have to carry about alot cards, paperwork, etc. A quick scan of barcode and voila, I am done and if I need additional info I have it right at my finger tips. Definately a good!
